IPad Technology, is It The Same as IPhone?

Steve Jobs the C.E.O of Apple Company has revealed the first Apple tablet PC on Jan 27th 2010 and named it iPad. IPad Technology is a lot like the previous product iPhone or you can say iPad is a stretched version of iPhone, but feature and performance wise it’s much exciting than an iPhone. It has a 9.7-inch long multi-touch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768p, accelerometer (which let the iPad know when it’s being tilted), compass, Bluetooth, storage capacity – 16GB, 32GB or 64GB and Wi-Fi (802.11n standard) or Wi-Fi+3G. Apple iPad is powered by Apple’s own 1Ghz A4 (Apple A4 chip processor) chip. The new communication technology or a new gadget in consumer electronics market Apple iPad
offers 140,000+ accessible apps to all its users, which means if you have an iPhone you can transfer its applications to iPad. The main interface of iPad has been taken from iPhone even the number of image icons are same. Apple put a feature called iBooks in iPad by which you can store, organize, read or buy any e-books. It also uses e-pub format. Of course also the Wi-Fi+3G function mentioned above with this function you could use Internet any time any place means even if you are not near any Wi-Fi hotspot. Apple also put forward special negotiated deal with AT&T for its user – 250mb data for USD 14.99/month or unlimited data for USD 29.99/month.
The bad thing about iPad is that it doesn’t have any camera and also it doesn’t support multitasking. Like iPhone the new IPad technology is also a closed eco-system means you cannot install or download any codecs. The cheapest iPad price $499 with a 16GB storage space and no 3G, but industry believe it is worth much more than this.
